What happens once I make a booking?
Once you've made your booking, you'll receive email confirmation, and within 2 business days our tour concierge will get into contact with you (by phone or email) to discuss the details and answer any of your questions.
Can I book groups of 3 or more?
Absolutely! You can book any number of people, up until the tour is sold out (we'll let you know if this is the case).
What do I do if I have special requirements?
We're here to help in any way we can so that you can enjoy your experience. Please contact us before you book, let us know your special requirements and we'll do everything we can to assist.
Once I make my booking, is my tour guaranteed?
Yes it is. Your hotel, entry to the event and listed activities are all 100% guaranteed, or you get your money back.
Do I have to participate in everything listed in the itinerary?
Not at all. Although we've put together an amazing experience, this is your holiday, and you can do whatever you like during the tour. If you choose to skip an activity, meal, or anything on the schedule to do something else, enjoy!
