Visiting New York for Comic Con in 2019?

New York Comic Con is coming up right around the corner and it’s time to start preparing. As we all know, NYCC itself is an amazing event every year and there’s no doubt it’s going to be incredible this year too.

This year’s Comic Con features an all-star guest lineup including Tom Hiddleston from Thor and Avengers Infinity Saga; Paul Rudd from Ant-Man, Avengers: Endgame, Anchorman and Clueless; Adam Savage from MythBusters and Savage Builds; Benedict Wong from Deadly Class, Doctor Strange and Marco Polo; plus so many, many more guests from all areas of the industry.

As for the events at the con, you won’t want to miss the cosplay competitions and other interactive experiences. A screening of HBO’s adaptation of Watchmen will catch the eye of many attendees, while there’s also an Angel cast reunion, an Outlander panel, and some insights to the next seasons of Castle Rock and Marvel’s Runaways. Other TV shows including Riverdale, Batwoman and Charmed will also feature. This year there is a very wide range of TV shows and media, all with a panel of their own, so there’s something for everybody to check out!

There’s some exclusive merchandise on offer as well that looks like it’s going to be interesting. Limited edition Dragon Ball Z figures made by Funko will be there with both Super Saiyan Vegeta and Piccolo. In addition, Harry Potter fans will be able to find exclusive Pop! Dolls. Again, there will be two figures available; Olympe Maxime and Argus Filch with Mrs. Norris the cat. Another exclusive on offer is the Magic: The Gathering Lanyard and Enamel Pins Set which will retail for $20 with only 500 available!

Not only is NYCC 2019 going to be a blast, but there’s also quite a lot of possibilities in New York outside of Comic Con. So if you’re visiting the city for NYCC, it’s worth checking some other stuff out while you’re in New York too!
